We've all made new year's resolutions... and then failed to see them through.
So, here at Houndshill Shopping Centre we are going the extra mile to help you shed the pounds, get fitter, get happier and be more, well, you!
On January 13th and 14th at the centre there will be a chance to win some great prizes and be fitter for 2018.
Tuff Training will be offering free fitness and nutrition advice over the weekend while Slimming World will be handing out free magazines, packed with advice on helping you shed the pounds.
Debenhams will also be on hand to make sure you look fantastic after all that training and weight loss with big brands like Clarins, Benefit, Estee Lauder and Fragrance all taking part with promotions.
With training equipment including dumbbells, free weights, medicine balls, power bags and suspension training, Tuff will make sure your training is fun and diverse.
Throughout the weekend, expert trainers from Tuff will be offering free fitness and nutrition advice and there will be free taster training sessions to give away.
Slimming World was founded in 1969 and has supported millions of members to lead happier, more fulfilling and healthier lives. The organisation promotes healthier eating habits, regular moderate exercise along with weekly support through friendly group meetings.

The free Wi-Fi service at Houndshill, allows customers to use free Wi-Fi on their smartphones and tablets to browse the web. Visitors to the shopping centre can simply search for the Houndshill free WiFi, register and start browsing the internet in seconds.
We have free to use toilet facilities on the first floor, at the top of the escalators next to the food court.

Houndshill has 750 spaces offering direct and easy access to the shopping centre, the entrance to Houndshill Car Park is located on Coronation Street.
